Humanic Dance - In&Out

We will exchange in french, Swiss-German or english depending on the needs.

First of all you will dance withIN yourself with closed eyes. Deep breathing will allow you to connect to your heart. The darkness will embrace you. You will get in touch with your feminine energy as the musical vibrations will "penetrate" your body.

The transition, as night becomes day, will be smooth. You will then be able to gently animate your body and move it driven by the rhythms. You will be free to interact to the OUTside world, express yourself in movement and release your masculine energy. Becoming aware of these polarities inside and outside of you makes you growing as a human being. You will dance for the soul, the body, freedom and consciousness.

The musical journey lasts about 2 hours. We may close the space with a little ceremony.
